Union St Honey: Made by Brooklyn Bees

It doesn't get more local than this! This honey is produced by a father-son duo who keep four beehives in Park Slope, Brooklyn, down the street from our brick-and-mortar shop. 

100% pure raw honey, 8 oz jar, available in Light or Amber. Crystallization naturally occurs over time; place the jar in hot water to re-liquefy.

Considered a hyper-localized spring blend, the Light honey is made with Linden trees (the most prominent tree in Brooklyn) and solely made from 4 hives as opposed to a mix of a large amount of hives.

The Amber blend is made with wildflowers which is more typical of what one would normally find in a grocery store.
