Chris Deng: A Guided Collage Workshop (NOV 17)
Chris Deng: A Guided Collage Workshop (NOV 17)
Sunday, November 17, 4-6pm
Join Chris Deng in a guided collage workshop where we'll learn methods of selecting images and explore narrative approaches to collage. Together we'll uncover how collage can be a medium for visually constructing our stories.
We'll start with a mini-craft lecture, spend 1.5 hours working on our collage pieces, and close with a gallery walk. A curated selection of vintage and modern magazines are provided; however you're welcomed to bring any images and ephemera you'd like to work with <3
This workshop is for both beginners and the very crafty! Ticket includes materials, tools, snacks, and an alcoholic or NA beverage.
