This is a reflection on how everyday we carry things around with us, on our shoulders and our backs, in our hearts and minds. Some of these things weigh us down, while others fuel us up. We hope this encourages us to think more about the loads we must carry and those we choose to, motivates us to continue shifting the balance towards those things that nourish us, and reminds us to have empathy because we don't know all the shit anyone else is holding.
